A Typical Day At Our School
"A typical day at our school involves lots of learning and lots of fun! We are a big family that enjoys spending time together and working hard and doing our best." Year 5 Pupil
The school day runs for 6 hours and 35 minutes. this means the children are in school for 32 hours and 55 minutes a week.
Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1
Breakfast club opens at 8.00am from Monday to Friday in the school hall. Children can have toast and fruit juice before they start the school day.
8:40 – 8:55 – Register/reflect and review/busy time.
8:55 – 9.20 - Collective worship
9.20 - 10.15 - Session 1
10:15 – 10.25 - Play time
10:30 - 12.00 - Session 2
12.00 - 12.30 - Lunch time
12.30 - 2.00 - Session 3
2:00 - 2:15 - Play time
2.15 - 3.15 - Session 4
After school club runs every school night from 3.15pm until 4.30pm. Children are asked to complete any homework or reading first before taking part in art activities or games. Biscuits and juice are given out during the session. The cost of the session is £5.00. Please use the School Money app if you would like to book a session for your child.
